The ‘all boys are gross’ posts spread on this site need to stop. They are extremely damaging to boys of all races and sexualities, and especially to trans boys and boys with mental health problems. 

Remember: Your female positivity should not put down males and vise versa

Really wish white people would stop using boys of color as a prop to silence women talking about their oppressors. Also reevaluate your whole life if you think it’s even remotely okay to tell people not to say bad things about their oppressors because it makes some of them who might be marginalized in other ways feel bad.

Remember: being nonwhite, nonhet, noncis or neurodivergent does not make you exempt from male privilege

I’m not using boys of colour as a prop because this post wasn’t specifically focused on them. It was mostly written from my perspective as a gay trans guy.

I wrote out a long reply to this before my app crashed but honestly I’ll keep it brief. If there’s anyone who needs to ’re-evaluate’, it’s the people who type up posts saying that all boys are ugly or worthless or rapists or deserve to be dead (because, yeah, I’ve seen all of those before) for being male. It’s toxic, helps nobody, and encourages a circle of hatred that will inevitably end in people being more divided than ever before. It’s unbelieveable that a post saying ‘be nice to people’ has become controversial.
