For a tiny second, for me, Regina looks distressed. Right after the eyeroll she is not enjoying his closeness and rather looks like she feels uncomfortable. As if her mask slipped due to a rush of some bad old memories.

It’s either intentional or not, I can’t help seeing that something is off. Only for a tiny second.

I 100% agree, which I think makes to the whole “Evil Queen trying to seduce Rumple” stand out even more.

The real Regina, even as the Evil Queen, would never want Rumple in that way. It shows how different this new EQ is, and how heartless she really is.
